advice please
- Okay - I'm borderline freaking out. Eddie Bauer called me tuesday evening. I was apparently driving in a dead-zone on North Avenue making my way home after work. The call went straight to voice-mail.
- When I listened to the voicemail, the HR rep said they wanted to set up a 30 min phone interview! I almost pissed myself. Eddie Bauer is located in Bellevue,Washington. Outside of Seattle, be still my heart!, and was just ranked the #4 city to live in for 2010.
- So I got home and was safely parked when I called back. Left a voicemail. - Nothing.
- Yesterday - went out at lunch called and left another voice-mail this time suggesting that I could easily be contacted via email too. *which is also listed on my resume - NOTHING all day. SOOOO at 6pm, 3pm in Washington time, plenty of office hours left right? I called one more time asking her to call me back that I was looking forward to setting up the interview.
- Three voicemails later and another day with no contact. I found her on LinkedIn - I googled the Eddie Bauer corporate email format, now I know the correct spelling of her last name. Do I email her? I need, want this job so badly. I need to get out of Milwaukee. I need a new start. If this is how it ends I will freak out. My current job is HELL!
- Why hasn't she called or just emailed me back - she made first contact?! So, dear 5 followers, should I try again?
